Please read and acknowledge this privacy notice relating to the processing of your personal data by our organisation.
The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Most orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of purchase, however if it is a custom order it may take longer. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email update from us with an estimated delivery time. For custom-made orders we will contact you regarding your order and shipping details. For more information, please see individual items.
Out of stock items
If an item that is purchased is currently out of stock, one of our team will contact you to offer you an alternative, a refund, or, the option to wait until that item is back in stock.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. responsible for delays due to customs.
Delays in delivery
In a rare circumstance that your item is delayed contact us via email or phone where we will be happy to help. Whilst we will try our best to find out why your order has been delayed and when to expect your order, we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Damaged or missing items
If in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us via email or telephone so we can investigate and arrange a replacement at all, please contact us via email or telephone so we can investigate where your order is and arrange a replacement if needed.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges provided that the product purchased hasn’t been used or worn. To return or exchange an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery and please dispatch back to us within 30 days of initial delivery. If the return or exchange is due to a damaged or missing item we will cover the cost of the postage.
Cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to return an item or have any problems please contact us via email or phone call.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless due to damage, please see “returns & exchanges for more details) If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
