Please call 0203 169 0020 to book a reading or healing with one of our team. Same day bookings are available (subject to availability) and payment is made upon reservation. All readings and healings are firm bookings and cannot be changed with less than 24 hours notice. Please be advised that if you call late it will cut into your reading or healing time. Once your booking is confirmed and paid for please call 0330 333 8429 at your allocated time and choose the option for your chosen reader or healer. If you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to ask us via telephone or email.
We understand that your first reading will be a new and exciting experience that you may even feel a little bit nervous about. It’s perfectly normal to feel a mix of feelings and emotions prior to, and during your reading. Often people aren’t sure what to expect or what to ask, if this is the case then we can do a general reading in different areas of your life; love, money, work etc (except for health, financial advice and legal matters which, for legal reasons we are unable to look into) or if you have specific questions that you would like answers to we can concentrate on those instead. You are welcome to ask any questions that you like.
As Psychic abilities and readings aren’t an exact science it is impossible to be 100% accurate on every reading. However, we have included a testimonials page on our site where you are more than welcome to read through our clients comments and recommendations. If you have had a reading/ healing with us and you wish to leave a comment/ opinion or recommendation of our services we would be more than happy to hear from you!
We offer a ‘grace period’ of 5 minutes for both yourself and the reader/healer. If either yourself or the reader/healer aren’t feeling a connection within the first 5 minutes of the reading, only then are you entitled to stop the reading and request either a refund or choose another reader from the website. If you decide to continue with your reading, after the ‘grace period’ , we assume that you are satisfied and thereafter are unable to rectify complaints or refund requests retrospectively. By proceeding with a reading/healing, the client accepts this disclaimer.
